KALA SPRING LIMITED（hereinafter referred to as “the Company”）offers international shopping and delivery services worldwide.

In order to provide better service and order processing, the order may not be cancelled or changed after submission. Additional order placed even on the same day will be treated as a separate order with its own shipping and handling fee.
A confirmation will be sent to the customer when the order is placed successfully.
While the product’s image shown on website are taken as real item, the images are subject to the impact on the environment, lighting, printing, resolution and photo portfolio by shooting and may have slightly difference among the actual product, this is treated as normal condition but not a quality issue, any exchange or refund request will not be accepted.
If customer fails to complete payment via bank transfer within 3 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled automatically.
All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability, and items which you have placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice.
The Company will not accept any changes to the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.
Unpaid orders with discounted item(s); item(s) sold at special prices; or specific gift(s) within specific promotion period will be cancelled by the system automatically when the promotion ends; orders cannot be retrieved after cancellation.
