Delivery Policy

Kala Beauty provides ordering and delivery services both within Hong Kong and Macau.
General orders will be dispatched from Hong Kong within 2-5 working days after receiving payment confirmation.
If you receive a wrong order or defective parcel, please contact customer service within 7 days after receipt. 

Hong Kong Area (except PO Box)
Local orders are delivered by SF Express, cash on delivery (free shipping over HK$380)
If it is not a commercial address or remote areas, SF Express may need to charge an extra charge. Please pay directly to SF Express on delivery.
  • After the order is confirmed and paid, it will be processed and dispatched according to order sequence. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
  • After the products are shipped, a tracking number will be provided for the status of the shipment. If the delivery address is SF Express station or SF Locker, please provide district and code to process the order more efficiently.  https://htm.sf-express. com/hk/tc/ (SF Network)
  • In order to process all orders more efficiently, the delivery address cannot be changed after payment and order is placed.
  • Once the order is confirmed, literally implies that you have read and agree to the relevant terms and conditions.

Macau Area
Orders are delivered by SF Express, cash on delivery 
  • After the order is confirmed and paid, it will be processed and dispatched according to order sequence. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
  • After the products are shipped, a tracking number will be provided to facilitate tracking the status of the shipment.
  • In order to process all orders more efficiently, the delivery address cannot be changed after payment and order is placed.
  • Please check relevant information carefully before confirming the order, and then call the SF Express customer hotline directly to make appointment for the delivery time and other details. At the same time, you may need to provide the recipient information on the order for identity verification when calling SF Express. Please use the contact number provided on the order to call SF Express to verify your identity.

Other regions (outside Hong Kong and Macau)

Order delayed or returned purchased product
  • If there is a shortage of stocks due to delay in import delivery, we will notify customers to the relevant arrangements separately.
  • Kala Beauty  are not responsible for occasional delays in shipments due to customs clearance and specific factors in the delivery area. Cash on delivery for overseas orders does not include any type of extra charge or tax, and the relevant fees should be bared by the customer.


Shipment returned due to rejection / Shipment returned due to incorrect delivery information provided
  • The order will be sent out with the contact information provided while order is being placed. 
  • Orders that are returned by courier or post office after 30 days from the date of delivery will be considered as a completed transaction and will not be re-sent or refunded.
  • If the products are returned within 30 days starting from the date of delivery, customer will need to pay all the fee and expenses incurred in the process in advance and we will resend the relevant shipment, this return process could only be happened once. if it requires to return again or could not pay the arrears within 30 days from the date of dispatch, and the relevant order is regarded as a completed transaction
  • Actual shipping costs vary by shipment weight, and in order to facilitate order processing, we charge flat shipping rates according to district.
  • We will not combine orders for separate orders, and individual orders will be charged separately.
  • After the orders have been shipped, the customer has to bear the risk of any damages, but we provide special protection to fragile items when packing
  • The company reserves all the right to change the above terms and conditions without any notice.
